Will this allow flight plan data to be transferred to a GTN 650?

The AERA760 is capable of sending Flightplans. This cable will allow that.

Does this come with an installation manual that details the wire layout? I do not see one listed under manuals for the 760 or this accessory.

The wiring diagrams are in the Pilot Guide for the unit.
