Вопросы и ответы
Are the three layers pre-glued? What is the max temperature this insulation can continuously handle?

Per supplier: Yes, they are pre-glued . It will stand up to the temps the aircraft will reach on the tarmac.

How is the insulation attached to the skin of the plane? Is it with glue? Is the glue supplied?

The vendor supplies a tape to attach the material in the kit.

Ref part number 05-10770. What part of the cabin interior does this basic aircraft cover? Walls, roof, floor, etc.

Per the supplier: Roof and side walls.

Are the supplied parts for a Cessna 172 pre cut to fit the areas of the aircraft? What areas are included, roof, sides from firewall to back of baggage compartment, and is the firewall also in the supplied parts? Is anything supplied for under the floor?

No, roof and side walls only. No firewall or floor. Firewall is part number 1-SX-580F and Floor is 8ft-SX-250 for under carpet. The firewall and floor are special order. Please contact our sales staff for current pricing and lead time.

Are the soundex insulation kits precut, with templates, or just bulk insulation?

Per supplier: They are not precut. It comes with a chart for each piece that goes on the aircraft.

What is included in the Rockwell Commander 112-114 basic kit. Is it just side walls & dorsal roof of the of the aircraft? And not the floors or firewall?

Roof sidewalls, firewall and tape.

What is the difference between the Basic and the Premium materials package?

The basic kit is the material for the sidewall above the floor/roof. The deluxe kit is the basic kit plus floor/belly.

Is this approved for an owner to install as a direct remove and replace of the original insulation or is an STC or Field Approval required?

Per the vendor these kits only require a logbook entry.
