Is the price for control cable per foot? or per inch?

This control cable is priced and sold per foot.

My questions are: - What does it mean ss and Galv - stainless steel and galvanic covering? - In which units strength measure?

Yes, SS stands for stainless steel and Galv stands for Galvanized. The strength units are lbs.

What does pre-stretched mean for the control cables?

The regular cable will stretch some when tension is applied, but this cable has been pre-stretched for applications that require a closer tolerance, and the regular cable will not work.

How many feet are in a roll of 05-04600 and 05-04500?

These part numbers are priced and sold per foot, not as a roll.

Is the stainless steel control cable attracted by a magnet?

Yes, it is made of corrosion resistant steel per the specification, but it is magnetic.

What is the longest continuous length of 05-06835 (1/16 1x19 galvanized) you can supply?

It can vary from 500 to 1000 feet.

Are 05-03700, 05-4700, 05-4900 type I or type II? are jacketed or not?

05-03700, 05-04700, & 05-04900 are type 1, but do not have any cover, or jacket.

Can I get some samples of 3/32 7X7 stainless steel cables?

We do not send sample material, however there is no minimum order so you can place an order for a very small amount to test with.

I need an endless cable for my trim system. Do you make these up? Is there a limit on length?

We sell it by the foot. We do not make them to order, if you need a custom long length (ie over 500 feet), we recommend contacting our sales department for special order quote.
