What are the dimensions of these units?

The circular base has a 9" diameter. The height is 9-1/2".

Am i ordering a package of 12 LED lights or does each light have 12 LEDs each?

Each light has 12 LEDs inside. They are priced and sold individually so an order for 1 will ship 1 light assembly.

Are these pilot controllable or always on? How long will the lights stay on, i.e. How long will the battery last each night?

All solar aviation lights come with an external on/off switch. The time each light will last depends on the amount of sunlight accumulated during the day.

What is the weight of these lights and the cd output?
