How much PreKote do I need to treat my aircraft?

The volume of PreKote SP required to treat a given surface varies with the dispensing method. Higher volume dispensing systems (drum pumps) used for treating an entire aircraft will use one gallon of PreKote SP to treat 120–160 square feet. Low volume trigger spray bottles will yield 200–300 square feet per gallon of PreKote.

What primer is recommended for use with PreKote?

Per the PreKote web site, PreKote has been proven to be compatible with any epoxy or urethane primer, or top coat, from major manufacturers, and can be used on any part that will subsequently be primed.

What is the manufacturer's part number?
