Is this Falcon panel mount compass FAA PMA certified?

No, this compass is intended for use in experimental aircraft only.

Do these Falcon Panel Mount compasses come with a deviation card? Also, does it come with hardware for mounting?

Yes, a deviation card is included with the compass but it does not include any hardware for mounting.

Can this compass be mounted anywhere in the panel, or should it be away from any electrical equipment?

It is recommended that you mount it away from anything that could cause a magnetic interference.

Where on the compass can you adjust it when on the compass rose?

PER THE MANUFACTURER - there are 2 screws under white compass card.

Regarding P/N 10-02067: Are you able to provide the part # for which liquid we have to use for MSPN-2?

Please see part # 10-04944 for the required fluid.

Part # 10-02067: Are you able to provide the drilling distance from one hole to the other hole?

The holes for the hardware are at approximately 1.77 inches apart from center to center. For the best installation we suggest buying the unit and measuring everything at time of installation to insure it will be a correct fit.

Is there a seal kit available like for the Airpath compass?

You can use part # 10-04944 as a seal kit on these compasses.
