Is this main strut seal include both sides or do i need to order 2 seal kits to rebuilt both main strut seals?

This will only include pieces for one strut. So you will have to purchase as second kit for the other strut.

Is the valve core included? Pa-32-300...

It is not, only the parts shown in the photo are included.
