UAvionix Skylight LED Nav Light / Strobe. The wingtip is mounted companion for SkyBeacon TSO Certified. This does not provide ADS-B In, it is an aesthetic match for the SkyBeacon ADS-B Out.

Skylight is an aesthetic match to the ground-breaking SkyBeacon. Skylight included an LED navigation light and LED strobe.

Does this Uavionix Skylight meet 2020 ADS-B Out?

This unit is the strobe light only. It is intended to be used with the Uavionix Skybeacon (part # 11-16531) which provides ADS-B out, This unit provides no ADS-B functionality, only lighting.
