Is this the cradle only for the price listed? Or does it have a charger with it (like the pn 11-12835)?

This product is the cradle only. You will also need the AC charger which is part # 11-12835 (110v) or 11-12836 (220v). The AC charger is included in the radio box so if you have the radio you should already have the AC charger.
