Is an interface kit required or is it included?

When ordering this part, the necessary mounting hardware will be included. The interface kit is more meant for the Stratus 3 which is the portable version.

Can I get GPS position data for my ELT from my new stratus transponder WAAS? Pin 6?

No, the Stratus ESG cannot be used for this.

Can this kit be used on certified airplanes, including the 3i kit for ADSB in?

Yes, this kit is for certified aircraft and must be installed by an authorized Appareo installer.

Is the Appareo Startus ESG transponder Mode C?

This transponder is a 1090ES transponder. (Mode S extended squitter).

Can GPS waypoints be loaded into Stratus 3i? If so, how many and can they be stored?

The Stratus 3I is simply a GPS/ADS-B receiver and only provides information to the application like Foreflight. it does not store waypoints.

Do you get every thing that you see in the picture?

The iPad is not included but you do get the transponder and the stratus 3i.
