No, this bundle does not come with the transponder antenna.

Does the Appareo A&P bundle require a particular transponder antenna, or will any type due?

The installation manual has specifications that the antenna has to meet. One that meets those specifications is the CI-105 p/n: 11-17965.

Does this have the transponder antenna cable and the GPS antenna cable or will they need to be purchased?

No, this does not include the transponder antenna cable or the GPS antenna cable. Both need to be purchased separately.

What is Appareos warranty on this product?

The ES/ ESG is 5 years or 2000 hour if installed and registered by an Appereo installer. 18 months from date of purchase otherwise. 2 year limited warranty on the stratus 3I.
