The width of the double pole switches is approximately 3/4".

What is the difference in part numbers #12-202, #12-203, and #12-204?

These are all double pole switches. The difference is in the operation. () means momentary, so 12-202 is ON-ON, 12-203 is ON-OFF-ON, and 12-204 is (ON)-OFF-(ON).

Are these single throw or double throw please?

There is a drop down selection box to first select if you want single pole or double pole, the second box is where you select the model, ie OFF-ON, OFF-(ON), etc

Are these metal lever toggle switches FAA approved for certified aircraft?

Single pole option is a switch that controls one path. A double pole switch is a single switch that controls two paths.

The model 12-204 has .26 Tab Terminals.

Does the () parenthesis on part number 12-101 that the switch is only ON when holding in the ON position? By releasing does it go automatically into the OFF position? The idea is to use it for a primer and avoid to turn on the primer by activating the switch accidentally.

Correct, The () means the momentary position. The 12-101 is an OFF-(ON) switch. The lever stays in the off position unless it is toggled to the opposite position, and will return to the off position once it is released.
