Per the manufacturer, this lamp is 4.96 inches wide and 1.84 inches tall.

Does this Hybrid SR-Q Spot Landing light come with any mounting brackets?

Per the supplier: yes, the lights will ship with the mounting bracket.

How is this attached?

This is attached with the included mounting bracket.

What is the difference between the hybrid light and the spector light?

The specifications tab shows the details for each on their respective pages, but in short, the Spector, 11-11220, is a brighter unit with 6 LED's, and the Hybrid is not as bright with 4 LED's. They are manufactured in the same case.

Will the Hybrid SR-Q cause background static on nearby radio equipment (EMI) often occurring when using LED?

This is integrated with RFI/EMI protection. However, depending on wire placement and the device itself, the possibility of RFI/EMI is still possible in rare instances. Normally if it still persists after installation, a Ferrite Clamp can be used to dampen the interference.
