For the STC, 3RS-1141R Inertial Reel, Kit, 05-03128: does this kit require a hole to be drilled to the outside of plane?

Yes, there is a 1/2" diameter hole through the door post. A plug is provided and is made of paintable plastic so it can be painted to match.

How many of each item comes with each kit?

Our Shoulder Harness STC's all come with everything need to install shoulder harnesses in the front seats - pilot and co-pilot. All parts, hardware, belts, etc...
