They are two feet long.

Would the 12MM probe (P/N 11-11469) work with the VDO CHT gauge (Your P/N 10-01424)?

The VDO gauge does not use the same connector as the GRT probe. We can only recommend using VDO probes with VDO gauges.

Are these probes for certificated aircraft?

No, these probes are intended for use in experimental aircraft only.
