Stratus Stratus ES provides a simple all-in-one solution. The unit was built without GPS in order to provide affordable ADS-B Out to aircraft owners who have already invested in WAAS GPS. Stratus ES will make an aircraft rule-compliant when paired with any of the following navigators:

Garmin 480, 430W, 530W, 6XX, 7XX
Avidyne IFD440, IFD540

Stratus ES (ADS-B OUT)

1090ES transponder
Utilizes existing navigator for GPS Source

Stratus 3i (ADS-B IN)

Non-certified receiver made only for Stratus ES
Backup AHRS
Integrated with ForeFlight on iPad
Requires connection to Stratus ES

How big is the tablet display you include with the kit (the one pictured)?

The tablet is not included. That image is for reference to show that the Stratus 3i can be paired to display data on a tablet.

Hello, Just wanted to inform everyone that the new Stratus 3 and 3i ADS-B receivers now support FlyQ EFB iPad/iPhone app. Out-of-the-box its locked into one app, Foreflight, but can easily configured to support FlyQ EFB. See the Stratus 3 or 3i documentation/manual for details. Hope this helps!
