How high of a pressure does the Gooseneck Hose Coupling (Part # 06-11700) go to? I need up to 3000 PSI

Per the supplier: working pressure of 5000 PSI.

There is no center pin in the Schrader side to depress And open the valve. Will the pressure unseat the valve?

Yes the pressure from a strut pump will open the valve.
