This Vdo Temperature Probes - 1/8npt is designed for water use only. Any other application is untested and not recommended. What is the temp range stamped on this VDO temperature probe? Only the max temp is stamped. It says: 120 degrees Celsius max. Does this sensor have to be grounded or can it be installed in an inline fitting in the coolant return line?
