Are they a direct replacement for the OEM parts? They are made of fiberglass, and are made to replace the OEM cuffs. Are these primed for paint? Basic top coat preparation will be required, but it does have a smooth surface coat ready for paint. Who manufactures these? These are made by Stene Aviation.
