Oil Cooler 8000075 has 3/8 ports.

Can the coolers be paired to an electric fan to draw air through the cooler if it cannot be placed in a more direct cooling air stream?

Per the supplier: You may push air through the oil cooler using any method that you desire including the use of an electric fan.

Whats the differents between Aero classic oil cooler 8000661 and 8000215? Is one more robust and better at cooling? Both show 13 row.

The aircraft eligibilities are different but the only physical difference between the coolers is that P/N 8000661 has a half-moon cutout in one of the mounting flanges.

Does 8000074 also have the 3/8 NPT attachments?

Per supplier: Yes, all models have 3/8" NPT inlet and outlets.

Do the coolers come with mounting bolts? Will a 10 row cooler bolt up to existing mount for 13 row cooler?

The oil coolers do not come with any mounting hardware. The 10 row P/N 8000081 oil cooler is shorter than the 13 row (P/N 8000215) oil cooler, so the mounting holes are not going to line up without some modification to the airframe. There is a 1.25 difference in height between those two oil coolers.
