Either 2" or 2-1/2" I.D. hose can be used on the 05-28653 hose neck.
What is the difference between the filler neck of 05-28653 and the hose fitting of 05-28659? Do they come with the back flange and mounting screws?
The only difference is the 05-28653 has a locking cap, and the 05-28659 has a non-locking cap. They do come with mounting hardware (screws & nuts), cork gasket, but not a back flange.
What is the difference between Part #'s 05-28654 and 05-02650?
They are two different size caps. In short, the 05-28654 is a much smaller diameter cap than the 05-02650.
