Is Zolatone mixed or diluted with anything or can it be applied as is from the can?

It can be applied right out of the can.

Can this Zolatone Cockpit paint be used on a fabric covered aircraft baggage compartment?

If the compartment is made of fiberglass, it will work fine, but not recommended for fabric/dacron.

Can Zolatone be rolled on?

No, it must be sprayed.

The only reference to a primer that I can find is to use a Zolatone base primer. Does anyone know where to find this base primer? Is there an equivalent primer that can be used?

Per the supplier: the Zolatone primer is no longer available but this is a waterborne product and you can use any epoxy primer that is recommended for the material that this is going on.

Can zolatone be used on metal?

Yes, it can.
