Are these parts PMA Approved? Yes, these spinners are FAA PMA approved. Does the Cessna 170 spinner kit (part # 05-07275) include the backplate or I have to order it separately? Yes, this will include the backplate in the kit. Part # 05-09030 picture shows no holes for forward plate. Are they drilled at install? The forward plate is a plastic piece that has no holes drilled into it. Is part # 05-09050 PMAd and is it drilled with nut plates installed? Yes, it is PMA'd. And yes, it has the nutplates installed.
