I have the port with 9/16-18 NPT thread. Which Curtis valve will fit: 3/8 or 1/4 thread?

|If you have measured your port and got 9/16", then the next closest size to this is 3/8" NPT.

With the NPT, is any sealant or lube required on threads?

Nothing is required but you could use Ez Turn if you would like.

Which 1/8 NPT valve would replace the SAF-187? Id like to be able to push to drain by hand rather than fuel cup probe.

You can use P/N# 05-01865 for the push type.
