I have a plexiglass backlight that I acquired new about 15 years ago, before the restoration project stalled. I am now ready to use it, but the masking paper acts like it's glued on. I don't want to scatch this expensive panel. Will this product loosen it without affecting the acrylic? Any tips?

Per our product support manager, this is your best bet and it will not harm the plastic. However, 15 years is a long time so it may still not come off.

I'm doing a static restoration on a T-6 at the Chanute Air Museum. I've peeled off some old vinyl stars-n-bars and there is a lot of adhesive residue. Will this remove adhesive without doing much damage to the paint?

This material is used for adhesive residue, but it will depend on the top coat paint if it is compatible or not. This can be used used on most polyurethane top coats, but always best to try it on a small un-noticeable area first.
