What are the FAA/MIL specs for Part Number 09-41300-1 STD Round Waxed Ceconite Polyster cord?

The Ceconite covering materials, as well as this rib lacing cord, is approved by the STC. This does not have a specific FAA MIL-SPEC.

Is CECONITE - part # 09-00822 non-waxed? I need no wax rib flat braided stitch.
