Superflite’s light weight fabric. This fabric is NOT FAA-Approved. 1.8 ounces per square yard, 72 inches wide. Used primarily on ultralight and some experimental aircraft. Applied using the Superflite U500 adhesive and shrunk with an iron at three temperatures – 250º, 300º, and 350º.

What is the thread count on part # 09-05364?

Per inch, the thread count is 94 for the warp and the fill on the 104 fabric.

Does this Superflite non-certified fabric material have a face side and a back side or does the orientation not matter?

Both sides are the same.

Does this Superflite SF104 compares at all with the Ceconite uncertified lite and if so, can we still use nitrate dope to seal / fill the pores ? Also, can we use Fab-Tac to attach it to a frame or we need to use the recommended U500 ashesive ?

We recommend using all the of the same manufacturers products throughout your project. We do not have any data to confirm compatibility when mixing products.
