Im looking to placing some of these on a heater flues, it would need to withstand temp of 450 f, would it be suitable?

This is not suitable to withstand a very high temp. This is made to be put next to or by an exhaust/muffler but not physically on the part itself.

Does this have a white background or is it a die cut decal?

This has a white background.
