The 3/32 oval swage (15-05074) is 3/8" long and the 1/8 oval swage (15-05075) is 5/8" long

What is the composition of these nicopress swages? Copper? And what is the coating? Zinc? Tin?, or something else?

These swages are copper sleeve with tin plating.

what size for 6aw wire?

You will need P/N# 15-09446 for this gauge of wire.

Will 3/32 sleeves work on 1/16 cable?

No, you would want to use the correct sized sleeves for the cable. We have 1/16" sleeves under part number 05-03288 in copper and 15-09444 for tin plated.
