If I order the 'PTI Urethane' paint, does it require that I order additional catalyst?

No, you will receive one part of the base paint and one part of catalyst. You would need to purchase the thinner/reducer separate. Please refer to the mixing instructions for this. The thinner/reducer is used to make the product thinner to be able to be used with the spray gun so it wouldn't be too thick.

I bought this PTI polyurethane gloss catalyst with a gallon of Juneau white, how can I get the mix ratio instructions?

The mix ratio is 1 to 1. You can can find this, and other application info, on the " PTI SPECIALTY TOPCOATS " web page. Just select the Polyurethane tab and the information will be there.
