What are these Bowden cable clamps made of?

Per the supplier: 6061 aluminum with a steel lock nut.

Will this Bowden Cable clamp work with the 1/4 cable on the A-820 control (05-09436)?

No, this will not work as the Bowden Cable Clamps are made for 3/16" and 7/32" OD cable housing while the A-820 is a 1/4" OD cable housing.
