The mounting hole should be approx 15/32", and the lens is .650".

What are the part numbers for the bulbs?

Part numbers for replacement bulbs are 11-04016 (GE-330) and 11-04015 (GE-327). See "Accessories" tab to purchase.

There are 3 prongs on the back of Press to test indicator. Which tab is used for which?

There are three prongs labeled labled 1, 2 and 3. When hooked up, 1 is ground, 1 & 3 is on and 1 & 2 is off.

Which 2 prongs on the MS25041 indicators are used for push to test function? 1&2 or 1&3?
