Вопросы и ответы
My landing light has just an on/off switch. What is necessary to make this light operate in wig-wag function just part of the time?

Per the supplier: It is recommended that the customer install a three position switch (1. constant on 2. wig-wag and 3. off) or two switches, one for constant on and the other for wig-wag.

Is there a difference in light projection (degrees) projected between the Taxi light and landing light or is it just brightness?

Yes, the landing light projects a 10 degree beam which throws the light down the runway for landing and the taxi light projects a 40 degree beam that is useful when the pilot taxis his aircraft down the runway.

What is the harness option? Is it just wiring to be run for a new installation, e.g. in a homebuilt or something?

yES. The harness option is a convenience offered to home builders, and others, to facilitate new installations or retrofits.

If you use two switched for wigwag and constant, and both switches are turned on at the same time, will it damage the light?

No, it will not damage the light however wigwag will always supersede constant on if power is applied to both switches.
