Just bought a Donaldson oval air filter 08-07276 for my Piper PA28-181. I noticed their was no foam ring to cover the outside of the filter. Is that item sold separately or is the Donaldson filter a stand alone filter needing no foam filter ring around the out side of the air filter?

No, the Donaldson filter does not have or need a foam ring. These are usually on paper filters and our designed media is not paper.

Could you please give me the exact dimensions of the part 08-07276?
