C-120 entry door seal. Is that the same as the OEM stuff or is it a new design?

Per the suppier: Our C1401 seal is a new design.

I wish to replace both left and right door seals. Do I need to order two of them or does it come as a kit with enough material to do both doors? Also, does it come with the adhesive too? If not, what adhesive and how much is recommended for a cessna 170?

Yes, you would have to order two of them if you wish to replace the left and right door seals. They are sold as each (per door). The kit will come with seal lube, installation instructions, engineering drawing, and continued airworthiness. The adhesive is not included in the kit. The manufacturer recommends for you to use the 3M Super Weather Strip Adhesive which we carry. P/N# 09-27200. One 5oz tube should just be enough for your application.

Can this front entry door seal kit be used on either the right or left side?

Yes, this kit can be used for both the left and right side entry doors.
