What size lugs does this ground support tow bar for twin Cessna fit?

This fits 5/8" Lugs.

What is the free distance between the lugs? What type of steel or metal is this made of? Id also like to know the length of each section separately.

Per Vendor: The distance between the lugs is 4 =. It is made from 1010 steel tubing. The handle part is 25 long and the connector piece is 12 long and each leg is 21 = long.
