Is there a threaded mount near the end of the cable?

It does not have a threaded sleeve, or bulkhead fitting, on the end.

Is the sleeve of the A-800 cable teflon coated? It says this cable comes with an STC, but does it need a 337 for installation?

The housing does have a teflon liner. It will most likely require a 337 if this is a new installation. Consult with your A&P mechanic or FAA representative to be sure.

What is the depth behind the panel before it gets to the flexible cable?

Approx 5.30"
