How does this attach? I want to use it on an experimental Ferguson F2B, similar to a fully enclosed Kolb Mark III.

The manufacturer recommends to taking a look at your OEM maintenance manual to see what it suggests regarding installation. As for adhesives, see P/N#'s 09-27200 & 09-27210. These are commonly used for this application.
