Will these 14mm spark plug gaskets work with Champion REM38E spark plugs?

No. The REM38E plugs are 18mm. You would need to order Part # 07-00877. See "Alternate Items" tab.

Do these gaskets crush to form a seal?

They will flatten a little to conform to the plug and cylinder and seal the combustion chamber but they do not really "crush.

Which gasket do I need for Tempest UREM37BY plugs?
