Note: Drilled for up to an 1/8" cable.

How long is the threaded part? Does the jam nut supplied with the fitting? Is the 10mm Hex measured across the flats?

The thread is approx 1"(25.38mm) long, it does come with a jam nut, and the hex is 3/8"(9.5mm) across the flats.

Will this work with a 1/16 cable?

Yes, this will work with 1/16" cable.

Does it need a 1/4 or 5/16th hole?

The outside measurement of the thread is .224" so a 1/4" drill would give enough clearance.
