Yes. These twisters are reversible so they will allow for right-hand (clockwise) and left-hand (counterclockwise) twists.

Whats the wire capacity for the Milbar Wire Twister models 25W and 26W?

Per supplier: P/N# 12-01631 have an overall length of 8-3/4" and wire capacity of .041. P/N# 12-02018 have an overall length of 11" and a wire capacity of .060.

What is the difference between cushion and standard throats?

The pliers with a cushion is used to help secure the cut off piece of wire, commonly used in areas where the cut off piece of wire can be a problem if dropped.
