Does this sender fit a Continental 0-200D?

We asked ISS and they advised they do not have an application guide that shows which engines are compatible. They do carry an adapter, 07-01999 (see accessories), which can make this sender compatible with most engines.

What is the thread size on the ISS sender?

This is a 1/8-27 thread size.

Does this probe operate on 12 and 24 volt systems?

No. This unit operates on 12 volt systems only.
