Will the EI adapater plates work with JPI instruments, mainly the FS-450?

The FS-450 is a 2-1/4" instrument so the 3-1/8" TO 2-1/4" Adapter plate, part# 10-01051 will work.

Does the A-102 come with matching color hardware (instrument screws) for at least the 3.125 inch outer ring mounting holes?

No, the A-102 does not come with the mounting hardware.

What is the difference between the A-102 and the A-103?
