Is EGT probe and CHT sender included with this instrument?

No, this is for the gauge only.

Which EGT probe and which CHT bayonette type probe do I need for this Westach 3-1/8 EGT / CHT Combo gauge? Both require 4' lead.

The CHT probe is our part # 10-01238 and the EGT probe is our part # 713-4D. See Accessories.

Does this Westach EGT CHT instrument have a TSO or PMA? Or are they for experimental only?

No, these are not FAA Approved. They are intended for use in experimental aircraft only.
