Is it possible to use the UMA lighting option with this Falcon gauge?

The UMA Instrument Light Bezels can be used with 2-1/4" gauges like the Falcon gauges.

Can Falcon Gauge 2-1/4 Dual Oil Pressure/ Oil Temperate Gauge 120-300°F / 100 PSI be used on a Lycoming 0235-L2C? Is it temp compensated?

Per Falcon, the Gauge can be used in a Lycoming 0235-L2C. Also per Falcon, the difference in temperature is negligible as the gauge is not temperature compensated.
