Could you inform me on the thread size of the pressure input stud? Which fitting is required to connect the sender to the fuel system?

The carb fuel pressure sender, part number 10-01083, has a 1/8" stud for the pressure input. The nut to attach the fitting is 10/32".

Does this ISS carb fuel pressure sender ground to the engine block via the threads or does a wire connection need to be soldered to the sender case?

There is no soldering required for this unit.
