Per the supplier: Yes, this will work just fine in a dual brake system.

What is the diameter of the brake line for the cylinder and what type is best?

Per the supplier: " 3/16" high pressure hydraulic line. " We offer part number 05-00200 which will work fine.

What is the OD of the cylinder body and the diameter of the attachment hole in the cylinder end?

The OD of the cylinder body is 1" and the diameter of the attachment hole would be 1/4".

How would you hook up a brake reservoir line to this cylinder? I just purchased a Matco reservoir to feed these cylinders.

You would need to purchase the correct size fitting that would connect your reservoir line to the reservoir. To connect the line to the master cylinder, you would connect the line to the fitting that is attached to the cylinder.

What is the hole to hole center dimension on this Hegar Master Cylinder Only - Rod End Type?

This will have a .265" ID with a 1" length from hole to hole.

Whats the center to center distance between the rod end hole and the mounting hole?

That distance is 5" but can be adjusted slightly longer if needed.

Does the rod end come with or ordered separately? What is the thread size of the shaft?

Yes it will come with it. The shaft will have a thread size of 1/4-28 threads.

What spec fluid do the seals support-----5606, ATF, DOT 4 or 5?

It works with MD-3 ATF or any silicone brake fluid.
