The price shown appears to include 2-complete wheels w/ brakes. Is this correct? How much does each complete wheel w/ brake weigh?

Yes, the price is for a complete set of 2. Each wheel and brake weighs approximately 8.25 lbs.

Are these hydraulic brakes or cable brakes? Also, what is the total height of the tire when installed?

Per the supplier: We do not have any hydraulic brakes for these wheels. We just have the 5" drum brake. The height depends on what tire they will be using. Most likely it is a 480/400 X 8 tire which is 16.3".

Do these come complete with cam arm, back plate, etc for the axle side of the brake system?

It will come with the wheel, tire, tubes, brake drum, and brake assembly with arm.
