Can you adjust Zulu for day light saving +4 or =+5 ?

Per the supplier: The zulu/gmt/utc/24h hand is independently settable to any desired offset from the 12 hour hands. Just turn the exposed gear at the bottom of the movement to adjust the zulu/gmt/utc/24h hand. It will need to be adjusted when DST begins or ends, but it only takes a couple of seconds to do this.
