Their adjustable swing/sliding arm allows easy one hand movement of the visor and provides excellent coverage in all flight environments.The basic visor shape is sized to provide optimum coverage for the cockpit configuration.

Have a 1976 Rockwell112TC with original visors. Will this Rosen sunvisor screw into existing holes or is there any modification required?

No, this will not require any modifications it should be able to screw into the existing hole without any issues.
